E-Commerce Manager / Marketplace Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Manage E-Commerce Marketplaces: Take responsibility for optimizing and managing our brand presence on the most common platforms to ensure an outstanding product presentation
- Data Maintenance Expert: Ensure that our product data, images, and descriptions remain flawless to guarantee optimal visibility and discoverability
- Pricing and Promotions: Develop innovative pricing strategies and execute attractive promotions and special campaigns to boost sales
- Campaigns & Performance Focus: Plan and analyze effective marketing and advertising initiatives, monitor sales figures, conversion rates, and reviews to continuously improve performance
- Trend Spotter & Team Player: Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams, observe market trends and competitors, and adjust the strategy to ensure our success across all channels
- Proficient Use of AI Tools: You use AI tools so routinely that you proudly report when your requests reach the hourly enterprise limit
Your Profile:
- Experienced E-Commerce Expert: Several years of professional experience in e-commerce, ideally with a focus on the most common marketplaces.
- Tool Wizard: Proficient in using marketplace tools, listing management, and analytics to optimize product presentations and campaigns
- Analytical Ace: Solid skills in data analysis and handling sales metrics to achieve continuous improvements
- Marketing & Technical Pro: Experience in performance marketing strategies (e.g., PPC, SEO) and technical knowledge in database maintenance and product feed optimization.
- Language Skills: As our focus is on international marketplaces, your primary language is English. In addition to German language skills, basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable, but not mandatory
- Independent & Goal-Oriented: High level of self-responsibility, independent in project implementation, and consistent goal pursuit
- Innovative & Creative: Strong interest in e-commerce trends and a creative approach to developing marketplace strategies and campaigns
